About

About this platform

A small companion library, created by a therapist, for the hours between insight and everyday life.

Who made this

The May Tree Support Library was created by Lisa Long, LPC/MHSP, NCC, CCATP, of May Tree Counseling PLLC. Lisa's clinical focus includes moral injury, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, attachment wounds, nervous system regulation, religious and systemic harm, OCD support, anxiety, and complex trauma.

What this is

  • · Educational resources, reflections, worksheets, and tools.
  • · A quiet companion library for the hours between sessions, or simply between hard moments.
  • · Public access, no login, no account.

What this is not

  • · Not therapy.
  • · Not a replacement for a therapeutic relationship.
  • · Not monitored. We cannot see what you write, type, or select.
  • · Not a crisis tool. If you are in crisis, please use the Crisis Support page.
  • · Not an AI chatbot. There is no AI giving advice here.

How privacy works in Version 1

This version does not require login. It does not save reflections, body sensations, feeling selections, worksheet responses, or anything you type. Tools may be interactive on the screen, but their responses live only in your browser session.

When to seek professional care

Please reach out to a licensed clinician when something is more than a webpage can hold. Most of what is on this site is meant to support that care, not replace it.

The May Tree Support App is not monitored and is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, call 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
