Low Mood Support

Low mood is not a problem to be productive about. This page offers care that matches the energy you actually have today — not the energy you wish you had.

When I have 2% energy+
A sip of water. One slow breath. Letting your eyes rest on something neutral. That can be the whole thing.
When I can do one small thing+
Open a window. Wash your face. Change the room you are in. Small environmental changes can move mood slightly without asking much of you.
When I need connection+
A text that says hello. A short walk where you might see another person. A familiar voice on a podcast. Connection does not have to be deep to count.
When I need less pressure+
Cancel something. Lower a standard. Let a meal be a snack. Less pressure is not laziness — it is appropriate care.
When basic care feels hard+
Brush teeth in the shower. Eat something that requires no preparation. Wear soft clothes. The point is care, not performance.
When everything feels heavy+
If today is heavier than usual, please consider reaching for company. If it is heavier than that, the Crisis Support page is available.
Low mood asks for compassion and realism, not motivation and metrics.

The May Tree Support App is not monitored and is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, call 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
